Bardex has expanded further in the offshore and shipyard industries
by creating a Support Service Group. This group is responsible for all
support service functions associated with all current and future Bardex
systems in use worldwide.
Bardex's Service Technicians can work directly with your operational
and engineering personnel in order to provide the following services:

Tailored and detailed preventative maintenance packages.
- Trend analysis.
- Machinery history tracking.
- System evaluations.
- Degradation and failure analysis.
- Operator training.
- New system commissioning.
- Procedures for the lay up and re-commissioning of systems.

This service is not limited to Bardex supplied equipment, but can
be called on the support of a wide variety of hydraulic systems.
To cover the UK and its Continental Shelf for both onshore and
offshore repairs of Bardex gripper jack skidding systems, BOP handling
systems and Hydraulic Power Units, Bardex has appointed Sparrows
Offshore Services Ltd. based in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen as our
Authorized Service Representative. Sparrows will receive full Bardex
support including the provisions to access Bardex drawings and Bardex
specifications. Both Bardex and Sparrows operate a quality management
system according to ISO 9001:2000 so that the highest of quality
standards can be guaranteed.
