The Cote Mateve Spread Mooring system with Ship-to-Ship Connectors brought together the Tango FLNG and Excalibur FSU with a split mooring configuration – an industry first for a floating LNG terminal. This project’s tight timeline led to the development of the BarMoor® and BarLink mooring options, providing our most lightweight, simple equipment yet, while simultaneously supporting the short 12-month span between FID and first gas.
