The Cote Mateve Spread Mooring system with Ship-to-Ship Connectors brought together the Tango FLNG and Excalibur FSU with a split mooring configuration – an industry first for a floating LNG terminal. This project’s tight timeline led to the development of the BarMoor and BarLink mooring options, providing our most lightweight, simple equipment yet, while simultaneously supporting the short 12-month span between FID and first gas.
